Shipping charges

Delivery issues

If an order arrives damaged, tampered with, incorrect, incomplete or materially different from what was ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs or video of the package and product. We will review the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Undelivered or refused shipments

If a shipment is returned to us because the address is incomplete or incorrect, the recipient is unavailable after repeated delivery attempts, or the shipment is otherwise refused, we may contact you regarding re-shipment. Any additional shipping cost, where lawfully applicable and disclosed, may be payable by the customer.
