How to raise a complaint

Email your complaint to kartikrawatit@gmail.com with your name, order number where applicable, contact details, the issue and the resolution you are seeking. Please attach relevant photographs, invoices, payment records or other supporting documents where available.

Complaint handling

We will acknowledge consumer complaints within the period required by applicable law and aim to resolve them within the applicable statutory timeline. Where a complaint requires investigation with a manufacturer, supplier, payment provider or courier, we may need additional time to obtain the relevant information, while continuing to handle the complaint in accordance with applicable law.

National Consumer Helpline

Consumers may also use the National Consumer Helpline operated by the Department of Consumer Affairs where appropriate. The current NCH contact number is 1915.

2027 e-commerce rules

The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) (Amendment) Rules, 2026 were notified on 9 September 2026 and are scheduled to come into force on 1 January 2027. We will update our processes and disclosures as required by those rules.
