Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us at kartikrawatit@gmail.com with your order number.

Before dispatch

We will make reasonable efforts to cancel eligible orders before dispatch. If payment has already been captured, any refund will be subject to applicable law and our Returns, Refunds & Replacements Policy.

After dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for voluntary cancellations after dispatch, except where a remedy is required by applicable law.

Cancellation charges

We will not impose a cancellation charge where applicable law prohibits such a charge.
