Janaushadi is an online retail store operated from India. We sell products sourced from third-party manufacturers, brands, suppliers or distributors and resell them to consumers through our online store.

Our role as a reseller

Janaushadi is a reseller and does not represent itself as the manufacturer of a product unless the product listing expressly states otherwise. Manufacturer, packer, importer, batch, MRP, net quantity, date and other product particulars are based on the product packaging and information supplied by the relevant manufacturer, packer, importer or supplier.

We do not manufacture, formulate, alter, refill, repackage or relabel products that we resell unless expressly stated on the applicable product page and packaging.

Product information

We aim to display product information accurately. Customers should also review the physical packaging, label, instructions, warnings, batch information and expiry or use-before information supplied with the product before use.

Authenticity and sourcing

We sell genuine products obtained through our supply chain. We do not make claims of Ministry of AYUSH approval or certification unless a specific lawful basis for such a claim exists. Where a product is an Ayurvedic, Siddha or Unani medicine, regulatory licensing and product particulars remain subject to the applicable manufacturer and regulatory requirements.
